This pillow is stiff and small. It’s not ideal for lumbar support and is best for a car or office seat. It doesn’t contour to your body or have any flexibility whatsoever. It helps with long car rides.

I get nervous ordering this sort of thing, not knowing where it's coming from, by what means, etc. But this has been one of my better buys in recent months, and it's also one of the best lumbar support cushions I've ever bought. Note that it's not made to attach itself to what you're sitting in, but it doesn't tend to slide, either. I like the extra bulge in the center and the extra padding at the two ends.

I have bucket seats in my car and this pillow fits the seats perfectly. The pillow is tapered on the sides to accommodate the bucket seat so it stays put. My favorite feature is the small bump in the middle of the pillow that supports the small of my back and gives me pain relief while driving. Get it!

I find the pillow perfect for use in the car, on the plane, or on the couch at home, and I think it's more than worth the price. Placing it in the correct spot made a difference in healing my back. The pillow easily rolls up into itself forming a perfect ball/cone shape, and then bounces right back when needed! My only issue is that after a few uses, the bag that comes with the pillow started to fray. Eventually, it became a ripped mess with strings and threads hanging everywhere. This has made it difficult to carry and move through the airport or place it in a car. I will find a better bag to place it in and confidently move about. With that said, I would recommend the FOUSUPDT Lumbar Pillow but I suggest getting a new or better bag.

EDIT*** so I received the cervical pillow last night and I really loved it! It’s so comfortable, I was having a slight pain on my left side and this pillow really helped. Another good feature is the elevation it has it can help for congestion and even snoring. Would recommend this productThe product was good it was very soft and did its job. But after a few hours of using it will be all up in my rib cage and would hurt when I moved. Over all the product is good but it’s too big for my lower back

These are very nice and comfortable pillows (I ordered two). Does wonders on your back. Came smashed in an air tight bag, but fluffed up nicely with the aid of a blow drier (heat). Material is very nice and feels like it will last--not cheap looking. I looked over many pillows, but these are exactly what I was looking for. I use them in a vehicle and the shape is perfect for the seat, so it is not bulky and does not interfere with the seat belt. I also us it in my home easy chair. The only thing I couldn't understand is the pillows came with small black bags. Perhaps designed to add the shrunken pillow for delivery; but good luck trying to get this pillow in that bag after it fluffs up! Lastly, NO BAD SMELL. HA! All jokes aside, I like this pillow and recommend it.
