Overall, it’s decent for back support so far. I think it’s slightly firm/slightly soft which is great for my lower back. It’s also slightly smaller than I expected. In general, I think it works best for lower back support and stability, but I personally won’t be using this every night just based off size alone for my height 5’9.

This lumbar pillow works great. It gives me the support I need while on my side and on my back. The memory foam used is great and conforms to the shape of my body. I like that it resets to original form quickly so it forms to my body quickly. This is a very comfortable pillow.

This has helped to fill the gap between my car seat and lower back. As someone who has had two lumbar surgeries, I have a really hard time doing longer drives or driving on a bad day. It felt a little awkard at first, but I later felt that I was sitting more upright in the car and the second day was even better. I like that it is not too fluffy, its a nice memory foam feeling on your lower back. I recommend it over the bigger lumbar supports, this felt more natural against my spine.

I received the pillow with hopes it would help with my lower back issues, I wasn't too confident though. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how nice the pillow makes me feel. I've been using it two ways, one is having it on the bed while laying on my back. I've woke with no discomfort, where before I would wake and my back would be sore. The second way I've been using it, is when I'm sitting on the couch or desk chair. I've been placing it and using it as lumbar support in the seat.Both have proved to be a great help to my back. I hurt my back years ago and this pillow makes me feel better. It doesn't fix the problem, but it does help me to relax and get some relief. I'm very glad I picked this pillow to give it a try.

I am always looking for new pillows, I am a side sleeper and always have difficulty finding the perfect position. I often have neck and back pain so thought I would try this out.The cover is a very nice feeling fabric, cool and stretchy. The pillow is not too thick, but a perfect amount of firmness. So far I have used it for side and back sleeping, and in between my knees. So far I have not had any back pain, so I will continue to use this pillow!

Must be made for a very skinny person because this does not support the stomach, while sleeping on the side. Because of how little it is, I found it annoying after only a few hours and will be returning it

As an athlete who has dealt with low back and sciatica pain in the past, I am always looking for ways to reduce the pain and inflammation in my lower back as I strive to continue to stay as active as possible. I have had 2 knee surgeries in the past and my knee issues have stemmed to my lower back per usual.After several days of using this pillow I can already notice a difference. Placing this below my lower back when I sleep feels as if it is reducing unnecessary stress and pressure on my back. It is soft and gives me added support. I always wake up with a bit of stiffness in my back and I can already notice this has slowly improved over the last couple of mornings. I will say I am a back sleeper but this can provide support for anyone as the product comes with a booklet that shows you where to place the pillow if you were a side sleeper or a stomach sleeper.

Pros:- Great support for back and side sleepers.- You can choose between 2 different thickness.- Firm but supportive foam.- Helps prevent or reduce back and neck soreness.Cons:- On the firm side if you prefer a "cloud like" pillow.- Uncomfortable for belly sleeping.Since purchasing this orthopedic pillow I have mostly used it when I either had a sore neck or felt a tension, in order to keep things from getting worse. It has worked very well thus far.Most night I'll still use my regular, plush pillow since I tend to move a lot and often end up sleeping on my stomach, which is just not working with an orthopedic pillow.I strongly recommend it for people who tends to have neck soreness.

20 days ago I ordered this pillow on Amazon hoping that I would sleep better, that my neck wouldn't be stiff in the morning and my lower back wouldn't hurt...The shipment arrived flawlessly on time as always from Amazon.I took some time before writing this comment to have a more accurate opinion.I got used to the new pillow in two nights. The wonderful results are:I sleep very peacefully and for a long time at night - before I woke up several times. Now In the morning nothing hurts - neither my neck, nor my back. I have been using this pillow for a few weeks now. I found this pillow very comfortable and support my shoulder when I sleep side way, and I am no longer having a shoulder sore in the morning. I have better sleep and wake up refreshing. This is a great product that provides sufficient support for a quality night of sleep.

Didn't think it was working for the first 3 days or so but after that it's been a month and has been great for my neck pain. Maybe it takes a while to fully expand as it comes compressed and rolled up. I no longer wake up with major neck pain and headaches. Was dealing with major neck pain for over a year since an accident and this pillow has actually helped me out a lot. I use the low side. Side sleeping can be a little annoying as you can't do it in the middle of the pillow and have to use the sides but I mostly sleep on my back. The little extension provides really good support for my neck and the pillow is medium-firm to firm. Didn't come with that foam smell surprisingly. I don't feel the button in the middle at all.
