Like many of you, I considered these for use on our security team to go with our (also) cost-effective Baofeng radios.The audio though these mics and earpieces is clear and crisp. The earpieces are a little rough around the edges, but they do smooth out. They clip onto clothing just fine. They stretch out and don't cause discomfort when you're moving your head around.I recommend these for their performance and value for the price.

Be sure they are plugged in all the way. Provide greater volume than needed. Does not distort sound. Clear and easy to understand.

A lot of noise blocking for the earbud, I couldn't hear anything on that side so something to keep in mind. Microphone picks up a good amount of ambient sound but is pretty clear in clarity. Used in community theater for backstage crew and worked quite good.
