The only complaint I have is that there are no instructions. You may think, why do you need instructions? I did have questions. But fortunately, the product description answers them.Why two grass pads? Second one is a spare.What's the gray pad? Optional, catches the pee and is machine washable (for indoor use, I think). I am using just three layers: Grass, waffle, and tray. And how does the waffle layer go i? With nubs up.The description also describes how ti train the dog to use it.Works fine, easy to hose down; time will tell how well this controls the smell.

I got this for my 5 pound chihuahua who has issues in the cold winter time with going potty inside. I love that this comes with a tray AND reusable potty pad that I can just throw in the wash. This really helps make the tray last longer. I have had a tray like this in the past but it didn't have a reusable potty pad so eventually the pee smell was very hard to get out of the tray.This also comes with two patches of grass which is great! They do not shed and can easily be hosed down as well. I think for the price and all you get with this it is a great price!

If you live in very cold or, honestly, very hot weather, these are great. They come with two grass “pads” and a holder. Super easy to throw onto your patio or balcony in case your dog can’t go in the yard for whatever reason. Quick and easy to clean. Use this for my dog as we live on the third floor and it’s snowing outside! He seems to like it!
