I've had this toilet for two weeks and already the flapper isn't working properly. I had it professiionally installed so I never looked at it closely. This morning the water was running and when I opened the tank I could not believe how cheap the components are. I'm going to buy a better set and install them.Also the seat is a very cheap plastic and constantly shifts. I'm going to buy a new seat as well. The toilet is white, but the seat is an off white.

When I first installed my toilet, I wrote, "I do not like that the seat does not extend to the edge of the toilet. The seat stops 1inch from the front of the toilet. I had to buy another elongated seat that actually fit." Following this review in which I gave the toilet 3 stars, the company reached out to me to correct the situation. After many communications, I was offered $30 to apply towards the purchase of a new toilet seat. The company was true to their word and did issue an Amazon gift card. I was assured by the representative that the toilet seat issue would be addressed on future sales and I hope that is true. I have no way of knowing if there was follow through with future sales, but I am providing this updated review in hopes that they were sincere. The toilet itself is great and I love the added inches.

Great height for my 89 yr old Mother. Easy installation and looks good. We did encounter a slight issue, but their customer service was outstanding in resolving. Don’t hesitate to buy!
