Not hospital-grade, but definitely home-grade. Similar quality to what you can purchase at a drugstore or big box store. They meet our needs for the caregiving that I provide at home, including cutting tape, bandages, and disposable (incontinence) underwear.

These scissors are small enough to hang with my ID badge so I always have scissors available.

Basic bandage scissors. I expected these "Premium grade" scissors to be a little heavier built. They are fairly thin and just don't have the feel of our hospital-issue scissors. They do the job, but I wouldn't say they are premium quality due to their eight-duty feel.

As a former Paramedic, I had used all manner of Bandage Scissor's in my career.There are those scissor that are great, ther are some that are good, and there are those that are, well, like these.They made these look quite large in their images, but I could not actually even get my fingers into the handle-loops, as these are so small. LOL!So that was a non- starter right away. And, though they cut "OK", it was not the swift, clean cut that I had been used to or, hoped for.That sad thing is, I think that they are actually fairly well made, construction wise. It just seems, that they just did not put the extra effort into making them into a good all-round set of scissors.We will probably just place these as back-up scissors, in our home first aid kit - only to be used by my wife, who fortunately, will be the only one in the home with hands small enough, to use these tiny scissors!
