This is the ticket for removing a cooling hose off a gas or diesel engine. It doesn't take long for a rubber hose to bond to the flange. This hook set will allow you to easily remove rubber hoses of all sizes, and minimize the chance of damaging the hose, or fragile plastic flanges that are sometimes used. Simple and effective. This set is sold in local auto parts stores for 15 to 18 dollars more than I bought it on Amazon. Good deal on a very good tool.

I should have purchased this tool sometime ago. The different shapes and lengths makes for ease of removal of different sizes of rubber hose in sometimes difficult to reach locations.. I have found the quality of Lisle tools to be very good. This tool set is no excepytion.
