Had trouble getting started with charger. Once I figured out that in order to balance charge the larger + and - cables must be connected in addition to the balance connector I got it working. Videos on the internet were a much better source of information than the included instructions. I just looked for a similar unit to mine.

Bought this to charge my 1/24 batteries. Did not come with a small white jjst plug. Just a red and black jst plug (not what i needed). No problem i can make an adapter. I decided to try charging a lipo with a xt60 plug. Plugged the battery in (didnt press start or any buttons) and it IMMEDIATELY got HOT! I quickly tried to unplug the battery and the charger somehow shocked and burned a small spot on my hand. All setting per manufacturer manual, as well as what i saw online was set correctly. Saw another review about a house fire after my purchase. To many red flags and problems right out of the box, literally. Im sending it back. 30$ seems like a good deal but a few folks are without a home, cant charge scx24 batteries, burned my hand and its not user friendly. Spend the money on a reputable and trustworthy charger and save yourself the hassle and possibly a fire. Do not buy this garbage

Super simple... From out of the box to charging a 3s battery in 5 minutes... It took me longer to find an available socket... Lol... Been running for 5 min as of typing this, things barely warm... I'm gonna call this a win... May end up buying at least once more, my Erevo and EMAXX both run married batteries, and I'm not a patient man... Lol

I bought this to finally get a proper charge on my 3 Cell LiPo batteries. I wish I got this sooner for our Air Soft guns but I guess trial and error. I'll finally won't have to worry about over charging each cell with the crappy charger I got with the guns.

definitely useful for me and my son who have r/c cars to race all the time. this will power up your battery 2S, 3S, etc...in less than an hour. really nice to have when you like to run though the trails and drain a lot of battery. it has protections built in to keep the Lithium batteries from burning down your hopes and dreams while you play outside. i use the standard 2S batteries, 3S batteries, and the Angry Snail with no issues.

I have been using the usb chargers now for about 2 years and keep meaning to pull the trigger on a more advanced charger. I wish I had purchased this sooner. Easy to follow instructions. It has a lot of different rc adapter cables but there were two batteries I had that I had to order some connectors for and modify both the battery and the rc car but was super easy. I have all 2s batteries that range from 800mah to well over 2000mah. Being able to save and load settings make it so easy. Yes the alarm sound is annoying but it can be turned off. I can't compare this to the more advanced chargers out there, but for the price this is definitely worth it.

I've used this to charge both NiMH and LiPo's without issue. Great charger so far. Build quality is top notch.

I've been using this charger for a little over a year now, with LIPO and NiMH batteries. I had had no issues with this charger. Features I like are: 1) current control down to 0.1 amps. 2) It has a nice display that lets you know the status. 3) You can charge / discharge / or bring LiPOs to storage voltage to preserve their life when not in use. The storage feature seems to work if the battery is too low or too high. I find this feature really handy because we charge 3 packs, and my son crashes the plane when using the first pack. I just bring them home and return them all to storage voltage using a nice low current until we want to fly again.I've had other chargers in the past (some long in the past), and this is the best I've ever had.

I am impressed with this product for many reasons but mostly for value/price point.I reviewed before and I was going to edit but can’t find my previous review. I ordered this originally as a Christmas present and it was shipped and arrived quickly. Unfortunately someone decided they might need it more than my children. After opening the package, deciding they didn’t want actually want it, some awesome porch pirate threw the whole charger in a puddle down the road. We recovered most of the unit but the power supply was never found. The main unit was saturated in water. I made the decision that I would reorder since two units was still cheaper than a comparable charger at my local hobby store. Before I did I reached out to the seller and told them what happened and that I really just needed to purchase a power supply to see if it worked.I received an immediate response from the seller and few emails later I had a power supply on the way. Keep in mind they had no obligation to help me since someone tried to steal and damage the charger which obviously is not covered under warranty. I was very pleased at how they handled the situation. My new power supply arrived, I crossed my fingers, plugged it in and to my surprise it worked after being saturated in rain water.I worked through the programming guide and set the parameters. It is charging correctly and works great. I like the small size of the unit and all the various attachments plugs that are included. You will most likely not need to by an adapter for your battery type.If you have stuck with me this far the short review is. Product is great, service is amazing, and I would buy again.

Great little charger, plenty of battery type and charging options. The build quality feels great and there are a verity of connectors included. My only complaint is that both the AC adapter and the charger get EXTREMELY hot. It was at the point where I could not hold my hand to the unit.
