How to install linear motion
- Connect the linear actuator's two wires to a 12V battery.
- Connect the black wire to the positive terminal and the red wire to the negative terminal to extend the actuator. Reverse the connections to retract it.
- For easier operation, use a reverse polarity relay or switch. Press the switch to extend or retract the actuator.
- The actuator will maintain its position when powered off and will automatically stop upon reaching the end.

It's exactly what it says on the tin. I cannot find any flaws with the build quality, and I have not stress tested it to 225 pounds, but it's definitely got some "oomph". I'm looking forward to finding occasion to put it into shop jigs.
