Takes some of the pain out of the nightmare that is setting up Christmas lights every year. Clips hold tight and don't damage shingles.

Meh. Not great. Hubby and I were looking at light clips and we didn't realize we were both searching. He ended up buying these before I could buy the ones I really wanted. These are cheaper but you get what you pay for. Sad to say we ended up not putting up lights except around our palm tree. This set does come with 200 and if you are on a budge, go for it.

I love to decorate outside at Christmas time but have had so many problems with the lights flipping into my gutters that I wasn't going to put any up this year. My better half convinced me to try again. I'm so glad that I listened to him. These clips held the lights up and out of the gutters.I don't care if it does say waterproof if the lights are laying in the gutter for any length of time they are not waterproof through no fault of the company. We had a huge wind storm and some of them did flip up but not over into the gutter. I really do recommend them. Clip them on the light cord before you get on the ladder. It will make the job so much easier.

They hold the Christmas lights up. They take a little work to set each one up, but the versatility is a big plus.

These clips make hanging Christmas lights so much easier than other clips. They’re really sturdy and they can hook onto either a roof or gutters so there’s no need to buy separate hooks depending on where the lights on your house go. They do need to be assembled before you put them on the lights and that took some time but they were easy to put together.

After trying at least 5 kinds of light holders....these are absolutely my favorite. Using multiple years now. I primarily use on metal gutters but also use on some roof shingle. Both cases these work excellent. Clips easy and holds strong. Plastic does not degrade quickly like some others that break after 1 or 2 seasons. The holder part is sized perfectly for extension power cable so that's a plus too. They are small enough you also don't see them unlike some other larger kinds. If you have the big bulbs and you want a holder to stand each bulb this is probably the wrong kind....but for any string light, led light, rope light, extension cord anything like that these are perfect.

Exactly what it said in description for shingles and gutters!
