Easily removable back plastic glue cover. Cleaned placement area, and when installed, glue was strong and hooks stayed in place with no problems!Must be used on non pourous flat surface.Worked great on aluminum pergola!

I used the hooks to put up lights around the perimeter on an outdoor patio cover. I put them up about 3 weeks ago and so far they are holding up the lights.

i use these for outdoor decorating for the holidays, they’re super easy to apply and hold all my lights and hanging decorations easily even through the wind. i put these on the bricks of my house too they aren’t noticeable with the clear color and easy to use. lightweight but definitely can hold up a decent amount

Put them up on my house siding a few days ago for outdoor string lights. Like them for being clear and they hold onto the strings well. Made sure to clean house siding well and let dry before attaching hooks. A couple of days later two of the adhesives fell off. They are in a covered space so they don’t get wet. I needed to remove one adhesive from siding and it took the paint off. Just be aware that will happen.

I never expected these to actually work. They stick well to any surface! I used them to hold Christmas lights on a wooden fence, on my vinyl siding, and plastic trim. No matter the material they stayed on! Even through the rain and snow. They even removed with ease and no damage. The only negative is they are not reusable, but for the amount that come in a bag and the price, they are worth it!Point of clarification… if you stick it on a surface and then need to adjust it, you can pull it off and move it and it will restick if done in a timely manner.Overall very pleased!

I purchased this product to hang my string lights on the fence since the neighbors didn't want me drilling holes in the fence.This product worked great before I stained the fence. It held on very good even after many rain storms and stuck strong onto the fence.After staining the fence, this product had a hard time sticking to the stain. I waited about 14 days before I put the hooks on to ensure the fence was completely dry. It didn't take. I tried to batches but it refused to stay on.So, if your not planning on staining your fence this product is amazing and sticks well. If you plan on staining your fence you want to consider different options.This was definitely a learning curve.

This seller is lying about the product as the thickness should be +0.8mm, these are not even half of it. I'm sending these back because I can get these same cheap adhesives directly from China less than half the price, which these came from, too.

These arrived when promised and they produced more light than I thought they would which was just enough. They are bright enough to be comfortable when sitting outdoors and visit with friends or simply just enjoy the evening. So that's good. The adhesive strips had a difficult time sticking to the wood planks. I think they would do OK on flat solid metal or plastic supports but they did not really hold on any textured surface or porous areas like a wooden board. I needed to tack them on with something that had a broad head to be sure they stayed up. We also live in an area which can get windy and rainy and I wanted to be sure they stayed up. They are out of any direct wind or rain but still felt it was necessary for them to be tacked on in order to survive any weather. So, in summary, lights were great and easy to hang but not so much the adhesive strips.
