After using the Turbo 3D Vibration Plate for just two days, I can already feel my muscles becoming looser. The first time I used it, I immediately engaged my core muscles. I'm looking forward to learning more on how to use the plate to its full potential.

Just finally got to start using this and I have to say that I'm really impressed. I was impressed by the quality of the board, the accessories, and the ease of use. I just recently underwent surgery 8 weeks ago, so I wanted to start out easy as I didn't really know what to except from the board. I was blown away that even on a low setting, I was able to feel it working throughout my entire body. It wasn't rough on me at all, very gentle motion on the low setting. I am looking forward to using this board and seeing the results that I wanting to achieve.

This product is nicer than I expected. It is easy to use for beginners. I love it has three different speeds and three different places to place your feet for different results. It is a good size to feel comfortable on the machine. The company was great at answering my questions before and after the purchase and they respond quickly.

This is the best value for your money. I purchased the Lifepro HOVERT prior to this and returned it promptly. The LifePro 3D Vibration Plate Exercise Machine is much stronger and yield the best results for my family's medical needs. We use this for all over circulation and to help relieve Lymphedema issues. This helps each one of us. It is powerful and adjusts well for those who need to start with lower vibration levels.

I normally don’t write reviews on the exercise tools I purchase. However, here and there you come across an exercise machine that stands out among all the other ones, and this is one of those.First, and most important, is that this machine is very easy to use. This is almost “plug and play” as it were. The machine has 8 pre-programmed exercises where you do nothing but stand on the machine, hit the Start Button (BLACK TRIANGLE) on the remote, and the SPEED and TIME is already set for you! The higher you go on the pre-programs the higher the set SPEED AND TIME. It’s that simple. If you don’t care for preprograms then you can customize your exercises. Read your instructions Manual.Now for the health benefits. I’m undergoing Physical Therapy for a torn rotator cuff. I placed the machine on a counter top so I could place my hand/arm on the platform. I then customized a beginners (Read your Manual) routine with only the Oscillating Motor ON that has provided me with shoulder mobility beyond what I expected. I immediately felt the oscillating vibrations moving from my hand up the arm into the shoulder joint. The inflammation relief is amazing. The beauty of the machine is that you This machine has two motors: an H (for Horizontal movement) and an (L) for lateral movement. You could you use both or one or the other. Your choice. The platform simulates “walking”, “jogging”, and “running“ modes. All you have to do is stand and place your feet on predesignated spots on the platform. The modes are written or imprinted on the platform. When you do a 10 minute workout on any of these 3 modes you will have gotten a whole body workout. After doing this simple 10 minute routine everyday, I have noticed a significant decrease in stress levels, not to mention an increase in muscle tone!I could go on and on praising this machine to the high heavens. But you have to try it to believe it. This machine is unique because it could be used for physical rehabilitation, beginners, and by professional athletes. Trust me it’s awesome. I recommend this purchase without any reservations. Buy it you won’t regret it. Good Luck.

Nunca pensé que fuera tan buena como los comentarios que vi. Realmente recomiendo , buena potencia y variedad de opciones para ejercitar, me encanta cuando la pueda programar a mi gusto porque siento que aprovecho más sus funciones. Todos los dias la uso, muy buena para la parte circulatoria. A veves la usa hasta 1 hora porque me encanta como mi cuerpo responde al estimulo
