I am a Lenox fan, but recently Lenox made me a LOYAL customer. Lenox tools are quality, precision, and craftsmanship in every product. So when my recently purchased 6L Hole Saw Arbor lost a set screw, spring, and ball (looked all over could not find the parts) I connected with customer service via email. The response was within hours, required me to send some images, a confirming email arrived with an hour informing me the arbor was covered by warranty and pars would arrive soon. Well 8 days later a complete tool arrive, not just parts. That's customer service! Thank you Lenox for being a quality company with amazing tools.

Terrible tool. I read great reviews on this particular adapter but it left me in a huge dilemma when I needed it most. There is a screw that keeps the chuck in place and I had not realized the screw was missing upon arrival. Therefore as I drilling with my hole saw, the chuck slipped back and the saw blade screwed into the arbor with such force that it was impossible to remove the hole saw from the arbor. Very disappointed in this tool. I ended up having to replace the hole saw blade with a useless arbor.
