Good kit for variety but used the adapter first time and the ball bearing on the collar came out along with the spring. It's so tiny that I can't even find it to put back together. Can't use it now.

This hole saw arbor extension does exactly what it supposed to if it fits your equipment. My Spyder brand hole saws use a 7/16" hex arbor which is not one of the 2 sizes (i.e., 3/8" and 1/2") this extension works with. Totally my bad - the product description is very clear and I assumed Spyder used one of those sizes. But not to worry, I have several tools that are those sizes, so I'm keeping it!
