Makes the door very strong around the latches, knob and dead bolt. Also covers miss drilled or bunged up holes.

Seems like it would be a good product, but it didn't fit my door.Even though I measured and made sure, the measurements they have were inside, not outside of the bracket. So technically you lose about 1/8" of an inch on the thickness of the door.Also, the center of the holes with my door knob holes were 1/4" offI am in Canada and have Home Hardware doors.
