These worked a lot better then the other ones I bough from Home Depot. I took out the ones I got from Home Depot and put these in. I still tie wrap the wires to the catch in the back so the connectors can hide and not fall down into the wall. The screws went into metal on the back plate so they work a lot better then just plastic.

Worked great to run some hidden AV / HDMI cables. I did a wall mount TV. For now, I've got an HDMI Cable in there. In the future I could run whatever cable I want. Looks great.

I used this to replace a 1 inch hole in my wall which had the cable TV and two speaker wires. Using a small network wire frame as the cutout and backing, I was able to install this quickly. Hopefully the brushings will help keep out the cold air in the winter too. Overall it looks 1000% better on the wall!

Used this for running wires up to my newly mounted TV. About what you should expect, just keep in mind the gauge of your wires along with how many you need to run.I was able to fit 4 HDMI CL3 rated cables through this along with a single CAT6e cable with relative ease. The last 2 or 3 cables did require a bit of tugging at the top and feeding at the bottom but wasn't really an issue.

I had used two of these for a wall mounted tv and wanted the wires not to show. This is truly a great product. It has the same size as normal switches. What makes these great is that the brushes allow the wires through but keep the insects out. The last thing I need is crickets coming into the house through these wall inlets, so these are perfect.

Worked great. Is actually two pieces with the brushed bristles being a single piece with two screws and then the mounting plate can mount to it, or directly to the wall depending on the size of your in wall rough-in box. Pretty thick plastic and I think it will hold up under some yanking on the cables as long as it is not too extreme.

The plate is well constructed and attractive. The only problem that I have is that the screws are aligned to go into the outer threaded holes of an electrical box, as opposed to, say, a keystone wall plate, that fits into the inner threaded holes of a low voltage frame. I installed a low voltage frame in the recessed box of my AEON TV mount, but now I will either have to install an electrical box and cut the back off, or find a nut to fit the screw and install it that way. A little annoying, but it's still a great solution.

These are fantastic! Keeps everything surrounding my wall mounted tv nice and neat..here's some pros and cons:PROS:Keeps all cables neat.. No more cables hanging down!Very easy installationCONS:The part that sticks out of the back, kind of gets in the way.. But not terribly.. It's for mounting to a box.I personally did not mount these to a box.. I installed them behind the tv on the wall and I screwed the plate into the Sheetrock... Which is more than enough to handle the wall plate that will most likely not be touched again unless I change out the TV!I definitely highly recommend these if you are looking to get rid of the clutter that surrounds a wall mounted tv.. So happy I went with these wall plates!
