Was difficult to install. Screws were like they were welded on. However it serves its purpose.

It was OK and came with "buttons" to replace the metal phone holders. This was nice because the wall phone was to be taken down permanently, and the cover would look mostly blank. But it wasn't large enough to cover the hole and the guts after the stainless steel plate was removed. I had to buy a larger white cover, it doesn't have the buttons.

Screwing the cover plate onto the backing using the phone-mounting studs is a poor design.

I had to replace an old static phone jack and wall plate. This one came with needed screws, including the mounting pegs for a wall phone and white screw covers for table phones where a cleaner look for wall plate was wanted. Wire mounts were easy to use. Great to see a simple item done well.

This was a different size from the old unit and the wiring was different colors.
