This is a great kit. I didn’t want to get into tearing up my wall to install another electrical outlet. I love this “jumper” power cable feature that allowed me to place this where I wanted getting power from a pre-existing power outlet. Product is well built and looks great. Very satisfied.

I was not sure about this one at first. There are a few options out there and with this one requiring some basic DIY ability, well, you just don't always know how it is going to work out. However, I found this pretty easy to put together and install despite it's one flaw in my opinion, which is not having super clear directions. They use pics but they are like photo copied and hard to even see in some cases. That said, got it installed just fine in the end (this companies online videos help) and it looks and works great. Overall, very happy with it. Plus this was a great price. Lesser models sell at places like best buy for more.

My house was built in the 60's, as such, the location of power plugs is dismal. As I have a TV and gaming system in my bedroom, I was in need of a place to plug in that did not require me to have exposed wires and an extension cord just to reach. This was exactly what I needed! The instructions were easy to follow and I was able to install this by myself in about 2 hours. Would have been less if I didnt have to search for my tools. I guess a tool chest is next in my future for purchase :D

Really is just a kit of the bits and pieces you might need for a 'remote' power connection. There is nothing special here. Could just pick the pieces you need separately and save some money. This kit is just the quick and easy choice to get every bit you might need to place a 'remote' power outlet up to 6 feet away from an existing outlet or power source. It will take up a Note: it you are comfortable doing your own home wiring for such a simple task (and your walls have the clear path to run added wires), then you don't need this relatively expensive collection of bits. Just get the parts you need.If you are hiring or having some else do the work, then kit will insure that every possible bit they might need will be there.

I purchased this to hide the wiring behind my wall-mounted TV. I didn't want to cut more holes than necessary, and this was a great solution to hide both the HDMI and power cables without needing to wire a whole new outlet behind my TV. The installation instructions were very easy to follow.
