We have one cat that likes to first chew on the soil, then play with it. He makes a real mess. This took care of the issue. I trimmed the circle to fit snugly around the base of our large potted pachira and he hasn't messed with it since. Let's the soil breath and it's easy to remove and replace for waterings.

My cats were getting into the soil in all my planters and I was worried about them getting sick. The mats work perfectly to keep the soil from spilling and keep the cats away from the dirt. These are perfect and easy to cut to fit as needed. Water drains right through. Good value for a practical and attractive solution for my home.

These are pretty much what you would expect and actually a little better quality than most.Easy to use, but I used two of them were typically you would only use one. Very effective for protecting plants.

I wished they had been thicker and had possibly weedblock on the back

Paper thin, claims to be 0.28 inches, it is more like 0.15 inches or less. It is see through in some areas in patches. Reeks of glue.

These unfortunately didn't work for me but it's not the product's fault. These will work great for small plants or brand new trees. The hole's too small for anything larger without cutting it.I'm keeping them because they're nice quality and I'm sure I'll use them next season.

These work for the most part. I got themTo deter my cat away from digging in my plants but she actually kinda likes them… so now they just act as a way to hide the dirt for my office plants. They aren’t terribly easy to cut

Some have said these are paper thin. Well, if you ever bought the rubberized version, they may seem that way, but they are actually about as thick as (I’d estimate) a graham cracker. Which for my 20” freshly planted Norways is just what I wanted. I didn’t want mulch paper thin (wouldn’t hold up in wind), but also did want rubberized due to $, and was concerned water wouldn’t get through enough if the surrounding pad was too thick. These lay down well, were the right price, and the proper thickness to keep the water flowing down, be wind-resistant, and keep weeds from popping up.Time will tell of course, be initial impression is good.Gonna go 4 stars in appearance though as I wish there was a choice for black.
