This is the 2nd one I purchased. Had no problem cutting it. It holding up for over 3 months, I did put an extra weed block underneath. Been weed whacking around it, it’s works just fine.

This is our second order thanks to our 3 large dogs creating paths of dirt thru the yard. The previous order is still holding over the past year and has been successful preventing dirt and mud being tracked into the house. Grass has started growing thru the previously placed rolls and beautiful green yard is a bonus.

These mats work great in my yard. I have used them in areas where I have fought weeds for years. They also have helped on an area where I had minor wash-out in heavy rains. I keep ordering another set, so they are working for me!!!

I wasn't sure what to expect but after opening the box and seeing that they were just two big rolls, it was no problem. Just roll it out where you want it and adjust accordingly. It was a little difficult to cut but once you get that started, you can start tearing it which wasn't that difficult either. It's been a week and a half now since rolling it out and so far so good. I'm considering buying it again for another area that I need to cover and stop the constant weeding madness!

I really thought this item would be what I had hoped it to be. It is difficult to cut and wants to shred. You would think with the weight of the box of 2 rolls it would be made of tougher stuff. I hate the color but I guess that is what it is. I also used a 1 ply of cut up cardboard underneath this product since I really don't want to pull weeds. The "weed mat" they talk about being optional that comes with the roll is a joke. This "weed mat" is about the consistancy of a tissue paper.

I bought this with the intention of cutting it into two strips, and it worked great! There is a fabric layer attached to the bottom, and the mulch is melted into a matt well enough that it cuts nicely (the line won't be perfect, but it looks great anyway. It's thick enough that weeds don't grow through, and it feels fine on bare feet. Definitely planning to buy more.

These rolls were perfect along my patio which lacks sun and stays very damp all the time. The mulch prevented my dog from bringing in mud on her paws.The rolls were easy to unroll along the patio and they look very neat. They do smother the ground which I don’t like because things need to breathe. Probably would work well to prevent weeds.Seems durable. Working well for my purpose of keeping mud outside and off my carpet. Yay!

This product does look very realistic once down.. Its pretty easy to lay and looks good at a glance. However, there a few negatives which resulted in me giving only 4 stars..The product is pretty pricey for the amount you receive. Theres alot of waste once you start cutting and you lose a lot, so order more than you need. The product is pretty difficult to cut by surprisingly tears real easily. It comes with a weed barrier but is not attached at all, which is more of a nuisance. The barrier is very low quality too, so if thats your only weed protection you WILL be disappointed. I suggest buying a REAL weed barrier and install that first. It comes with no information sheet or installation instructions, so you are on your own with trial and error and figuring out what works best. It also has no pins to hold down, so you'll need to buy those separately.Lastly its VERY HOT! If you are placing it around heat sensitive plants you probably need to cut back away from those plants and back fill with real mulch. So far, Im overall pleased with the look. If early failure happens or it starts looking bad, I will definitely report back with an update!!
