This unit works great, very bright, lasts long enough to get the job done. The magnet and kickstand are handy. I lost my old one from a year ago so I just bought another 2 pack and I want to report one update: It will now charge from a higher voltage, PD type usb C charger. The one I had before would do nothing when I plugged it into the fast charger I use for my laptop, but this newer one does in fact take a charge from that same PD charger.

I drive for UPS at night doing lots of drop'n swapping trailers & doubles. This little light is a beast! I don't even use the high setting because it's so bright! I do have a hands free head light but I like having this light right next to my gloves beneath my seat when I get out to check a trailer and or seal or pre-trip & post trip a tractor & trailer. It fits in my pants & coat pockets with no problem! Love the blue battery strength lights that may go down one notch in a 14hr shift. Built pretty tuff too! I'm gonna get another one for my personal vehicle. The flash red emergency light will blind you so be careful. Great product & a great gift for anybody working out doors or repair shop or for anyone to just have in their personal vehicle & home. I love the strong magnet that I use always when raising or lowering the trailers landing gear or checking the engine oil. Love this light👍🏿

I love this. I was going to get under my truck to do some maintenance, and these lights are perfect. It's completely dark outside this time of year, and you can stick these to just about everything underneath the truck (magnetic) and with 2, I can stick them in different spots and get great lighting.I was worried about brightness, but honestly they're ridiculously bright. Probably north of 500-800 lumens if I had to guess. Battery life seems strong, although I haven't tested very much. They show 4 bars for battery, out of the box they both had 3 out of 4, I didn't charge them, used them for about 5 hours and they remained on that 3rd level. Good enough for me! And they charge via USB C (All the homies hate micro USB).I haven't battle tested these with liquids or anything crazy,but they Good form factor (charge up, throw in glovebox, perfect), they're portable, bright, have very strong magnets, battery seems great, this is a good buy that you won't regret.I don't write reviews on Amazon but I was impressed with them after messing with him for the last several hours and they really came in clutch.

This LED Rechargeable Magnetic Work Light 40W 1500Lumens, Hanging Hook, 4 Lighting Modes is a good deal at $19.99.I'm 65 and I don't impress easily. But this unit is just fantastic. It's solid and heavy, has a well constructed kick stand with positive locking clicks in place. It will charge your cell phone in an emergency. It hangs where you need it or has a magnet for metal surfaces (keeps it handy on my freezer).When you shut it off, it glows inside so don't worry, it's not still on. Has great texture for gripping. Shows 4 blue leds for battery power remaining when turned on. Leave this unit on EVERY time for eight seconds and it will remember the mode you last used.Standard 1/4 inch tripod mount comes in very handy with virtually any size tripod. The COB light is VERY BRIGHT. Manual states DO NOT look directly at it! Likewise, do not shine it in a person's face on full brightness.I don't have big hands and this flashlight is the perfect size for every day use. It's only 4.5 X 2 3/8 inches by about an inch thick. Smaller than a cell phone. I would be elated to get this as a xmas gift. Would make a great grab gift for people at work.There are four modes and then OFF. Not so many that it becomes annoying to cycle through them. The memory function is a plus.The charging cord is only 22 inches long but that should suffice for most situations. Because the unit is so bright on the first button press, I wish the power button was on the side or the back instead of the same side as the light emitter but it's fine. As the one-page manual states, do NOT let children play with this flashlight.The instructions don't say how long it takes to charge. It's likely not more than a couple hours maybe less. The blue leds blink until it's fully charged. The charging port has an attached rubber cap on it so it won't get misplaced. The battery savings will be great. They're so expensive these days. Not my favorite color but it's easy to spot in a darkened room.The white LED on the edge is bright and very useful when the big light isn't needed. Probably will be my go-to mode.This review reads like an ad but I assure you, nobody paid me to write it.

I absolutely love this! This was recommended to me by YouTube auto mechanic Scotty Kilmer. First off, the lights are super bright. Second, I love that it’s got a glow in the dark strip around the lights, so if you run the lights until the battery dies, you’ll still have a little bit of light. Third, the magnet quite strong, and it’s mounted onto the stand so you can point the light at any angle between 0-90°, and if you don’t have anything metal to stick it on you can use the stand. They even thought of adding a tripod mount and a carabiner. Versatile and well thought out design. The plastic casing feels sturdy and not cheap, and the rubber grips besides acting as grips also protect the plastic. I also love the USB port that I can use to charge my phone etc. My only two complaints are that the USB-C charger will not accept a high wattage charger, like a laptop charger or PD charger. I’m not disappointed that it isn’t PD-enabled and won’t charge at those speeds; it’s the fact that if I try to use one of those chargers it simply will not charge at all, instead of charging at the normal wattage/speed it was originally designed, so you would need to use a lower wattage USB adapter. The other thing is the rubber covering for the USB ports looks kind of flimsy and could break off easily. Overall excellent work light at a great price. If I could give half stars, I’d give it 4.5/5

Bought a set of two lamps. Very bright, magnet is strong, looked ideal for my application.BUT...Only one lamp still works after three months; the other one now fails to charge.This is very very expensive for ONE working lamp.I was outside the refund window; seller offered a partial refund. Thanks.
