Works well. Has adjustable brightness and a timer option. Cord length is good, was able to place lights on different levels on my plant stand. Easy to install, comes with multiple installation options.

These lights are a warm color as stated in the listing, rather nice as far as apparent CRI as well. The "feature" of having a timer and the switch being default off is there and works although, it's annoying. I'm giving 5 stars, because in general these are as listed.The timer is annoying, because for my other plant lights i use automated outlets to switch them on and off. These are impossible to sync up and a power blip turns them off. There is a claim somewhere in the listing that these use up to 20W of power, but i didn't find that to be the case. Using the included usb adapter I saw around 10W usage at max brightness. The adapter is rated at 5v 3a, but was very warm after a short time and had a very "warm electronics" smell.As a bit of a test i did and set up a makeshift grow box with the lights being ~6 inches off the top of the growing medium and a grow area of about 13" x 18" . At max brightness this reads ~130 ppfd at the surface in the center of the grow area. Which is ok, but marginal so i plan to bring the lights a bit closer to the surface. 130 is at the low end of ok for seedlings. So these are more suited for supplemental lighting or early seedlings.All in all i think they are good lights and will work well enough for my intended usage, starting seedlings.
