I can't get customer service for this item and have gone round and round w electronic AI customer service. The product is great except that the timer that was included in this product does not work. I have tried to get it replaced because I do not want to have to return the whole product which I have already put together and is working fine except for the broken timer. Please send a replacement part and then my review would improve.

I have had this for about 6 months now and love it! I run it 12 hours a day and have it hooked up to a timer I bought. The lights are strong, I have rooted succulents on the bottom row with the lights maybe 12 inches for the plants. It's a little wobbly but only when you shake it or move something on it, but not bad at all. Lights are very easy to move. It was easy to set up too. I would recommend it.

This is not difficult to assemble. The size is good, and it rolls smoothly. However, once you put it together it's extremely difficult (if not impossible) to change the height of the shelves. The biggest negative is the reflectors won't stay on the light. They barely clip on to the light; the slightest touch makes them fall off. I will probably end up taping them to the lights (and hopefully not burn down my house.) The lights are nice; a bit confusing to connect. As always, the instructions could be much better so be patient. The timer works quite well fortunately. It's easy to set for the 16 hours of light I need. One note on that: on the side, the circle with a mark in it is the automatic on/off setting. The straight mark above it leaves it on 24/7. Overall, it was a good purchase, and the price was right. I'll figure out something for the reflectors. Any tips from other gardeners would be great. (It's 3 stars because of the reflectors.)

It takes a while to put together, but once it is done, it really really works. I was able to fit so many plants under those lights and you can lower them or raise them as you wish.

It took awhile to assemble but that didn't stop me putting it together in 2 nights. The connecting lights to piggyback all other light was a bit confusing but all you do is YouTube it and it was so easy. I love that you can change the light color in different stages of growth. I am using this to only grow orchids with so lets set how well these work. Great price too.

Update- February 25, 2025We ended up ordering the same plant stand again and sending the damaged one back. The plant stand is awesome and very well designed!!! The unit comes with wheels only so you can move the stand around. It does not come with adjustable feet for stationary use. (But the wheels can lock so that was a plus!). My wife absolutely loves it. I would highly recommend it.OK to be fair, I only put one star (for now) due to some missing and damaged parts. I am hoping that the manufacturer/seller will reach out in a satisfactory and timely manner in order to fix the issues. If they do I will update my review.I am providing some pictures showing the damaged parts and items that are missing. I also provided a picture of all the contents that were in my box. The amount of parts may seem daunting at first, but the instruction manual seems to be easy to follow and I don’t think I will have a problem assembling the stand.Upon initial examination, the plant stand components seem to be well designed and manufactured. The stand is designed to be either stationary (with adjustable leveling feet ) or movable (with caster wheels) for cleaning etc.. THE 6 ADJUSTABLE LEVELING FEET WERE MISSING IN MY BOX.If the manufacturer/seller is reading this, I would like to make one suggestion for the color of the power cord and cables (that connect between the lights). It would be nice if they were colored BLACK! The wires would be less conspicuous and provide a neater appearance when it is connected to the sides of the BLACK support poles.Anyway…. My wife is super excited about this plant stand. So….I will update this review when I get a satisfactory and timely response from the manufacturer/seller AND assemble the stand. STAY TUNED FOLKS.!

While this unit looks good, there were no installation instructions. The product support did nothing to help and the two videos were for after installation lighting and timer. This took way too much time to figure out and was not simple. Also, description says different levels of lighting. This one only has full spectrum, even though description says otherwise. I saved up for this and I am Very disappointed to say the least.

Well done. I make a sincere effort to not goof when assembling shelves. That said, I do goof up, and I'm well acquainted with the varying degrees of pain that come with undoing goofs for a variety of shelf designs. I found this assembly to be very forgiving, on the first purchase. Bought a second unit, and assembly was actually fun.
