It's incredible how reachable some technologies become with the time.I am using it along an esp8266 wemos mini so it add presence capabilities to my home assistant setup.I created 2 automations, one to turn the living room lights on when I enter to my home, and other to turn them off later in case the dogs trigger it by accident.Planning on adding another to tell me if somebody enters the home while I am not on site, it's almost a custom alarm system for just a few dollars.Anyone who uses home assistant should give it a try.

Arrived with the latest v2.04 firmware. Worked immediately with just 5V applied and using the Android app w/ BLE - instant satisfaction! Also works as expected over the UART link (I used a ESP32S3).

Quality Modules, I purchased a bunch of these to make my own motion sensors with an ESP32 with ESPHome in Home Assistant. I like the sensor output and setting/controls they provide. Pretty amazing on the still and motion energy they can read and provide data on. Been rock solid.

This an excellent 24GHz mmwave sensor. There are better ones, but they are more expensive. This one fits right in value sweet spot. Because of this, there are many helpful tutorials for using it, whether in ESPHome or just writing code in the Arduino IDE. It's a great sensor to get started with.

Set this up with a XIAO ESP32C3 and it worked right away. The pins are even compatible. They can be soldered on top of each other.
