Good and heavy when filled with water. it did the job intended to flatten and compacted the ground that was intended to cover with artificial grass.

When I opened the box, all the parts were there. Went to put the handle together and the two side pieces that go to the barrel wouldn't fit in the handle. Had to spend an extra $12 on a tool to round out the holes. Very flimsy handle and cheaply made China crap. Wouldn't buy again for sure.

The build quality seems to be good. There was hole in the box when it arrived and the cross member bar was missing along with the assembly parts, but that was easy enough to remedy. Using the parts sheet I was able to purchase the few parts at my local hardware store. For the cross member bar I contacted the seller some emails about them not having any available units or parts in stock that they would give me a full refund when I send the unit back or a partial refund if I want to keep it and repair it myself. I was contacted a couple of days later and was told that they received some units and they will be sending out the needed part or a whole new unit. There is a lot of movement in the handle from left to right but not sure if that is because I am missing the cross member bar. I am sure that if that was in place it would not be as bad. Also the studs on the side of the drum were a little bigger than the recommend washer size. Even after I removed the heavy coating of paint.

The vender and I have had frequent communications. I was told that the supply needed to be replenished and would I mind waiting. I had no issue with this, so I waited. A glitch occurred when the delivery was to be made, but my communication was instantly answered and responded to, and today, the roller arrived! This is just in the nick of time, because we dug up the sewer line and built a new porch, and our front lawn looked like a mud pit. Hubby flattened it; we threw out the rocks and broken sewer line; and he replanted it. Now, he can roll it. Thank you to the venders and makers of this product. BTW, I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was plastic. It is metal!
