Impressed by listing and product when it was received. Extremely unimpressed with customer service. Item delivered with no documentation on how to assemble/operate. Three emails to customer service went unanswered. After internet search, located, downloaded, and printed 36-page Operation and Parts manual. It is nearly useless. Asked again (to customer service) for assembly instructions, no reply. Betstco has some great price points on what they sell, however it appears you get what you pay for and customer service is not part of the deal.

This is a great brush cutter. I have over 700 feet of hedges to trim and 150 feet of grass at a 35 degree angle. I had a Befco side cutter for years and it finally wore out. It was uneconomical to repair. I ordered this and it works great on my Kubota LA3031 tractor. It does require remote connectors, as it is totally hydraulic driven. The only complaint I have is the lower three point hitch connectors are bolted on and tend to move, making for quite a bit of instability. I remedied that with a little welding, and the are now fixed and stable. This is not a "plug and play" attachment, as it takes some mechanical skills to put it together. Had it been a little more tractor ready I would have given it five stars. All in all, it's a great cutter for the price.Update: There were two broken knife protectors on the sickle (it still worked). I called Betstco and they not only shipped replacements in two days, but included three extra ones for future (if needed) replacements. That's great service.
