I usually use a fork to put holes in my lawn before putting new seed down but this tool was much easier and did a much more even job. It feels heavy duty and seems like it built to last

I had 10 stepping stones at the bottom of my stairs for 15 years. So the dirt was very hard and compacted grass just wouldn't grow. So I went on the search and seen several people saying to get ones of these tools. So I purchased this one and after about a month I see grass trying to spread and come up! So glad I found this and so happy it worked!

Very easy to use. Less work than using a fork. Sturdy and neat to store. Only took me two days to spike my lawn thoroughly. Would have taken over a week with a fork. Easier on the knees and back. Fun to use. Love it.

I recently purchased the Lawn Aerator Spike with 15 Iron Spikes, and it has been a fantastic addition to my lawn care routine. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and really gets the job done. The welded joints only lasted for two aeration passes on a very small lawn. Totally useless. DO NOT BUY THIS POORLY DESIGNED ITEM!

I ordered the Lawn Aerator Spike Metal Automatic Dethatching Tool for my yard, and while it does take quite a bit of time and effort to use, it seems to be doing a good job so far. The tool is well-made with sturdy metal spikes, and it comes mostly pre-assembled, though some assembly is required. It’s easy to set up and start using, but be prepared for a bit of a workout as it does take time to cover a large area. The 15 iron spikes definitely help penetrate the soil and improve aeration, which is exactly what I was looking for to revive my lawn’s health.I’ve used it a few times now, and while I don’t have immediate results yet, I can tell it’s doing its job. I’m hopeful that in the spring, I’ll see a noticeable difference in my lawn's condition. For now, the soil feels looser, and there’s definitely less thatch building up, so I think it's making progress.If you’re looking for a quick fix, this might not be the tool for you, but if you’re patient and want to invest the time, it seems like it will be very effective in the long run. I’ll update my review after I see the results come spring!

I do like this product, especially for the price. Well made and easy to assemble. Height is perfect for 5’6” me or 5’10” hubby. We do have dirt so dry that we couldn’t get it down in the dirt, but the areas that don’t feel like solid rock were easy to aerate. All that to say - we like it!
