So disappointed in this. We were halfway putting it together and found the parts with ball bearings (components may have well been made out of tin, so flimsy) were bent, drawers couldn’t slide in and overall the materials were cheaply made. We started a return but frankly undoing everything and boxing back up is a pain so we tried to tack it together and we’ll just have to make do. You do need to anchor because it’s top heavy with files in it it will fall over. Went to Home Depot over weekend and saw a better made product but for $100 more. Maybe we should’ve paid more for a better sturdier product. Next time we will think on buying local so it’s not a hassle to return.

Easy to build and looks more expensive than it was. We use it for our files and to store copy paper in the drawers. The outlet on top can be hidden easily. The top easily holds a simple printer. We have a Bother workstation that fits, but when we print we have to pull out the printing tray and it hangers over the edge.

Not all of the parts came, the pieces that go in the middle of the drawers don’t really fit and the bottom doesn’t attach. Had to buy metal glue and different screws for it to stay together. Still love the way it looks!

I received my package and began building only to find out three of the pieces didn’t have all the holes drilled in them. I reached out to the vendor through Amazon and they apologized and immediately sent me a new one and didn’t make me ship back the problem one. Instructions are very easy to understand you only need a Phillips head screwdriver. Sturdy construction if you lock the cams correctly. Only thing I would have changed is a little longer metal poles inside. But if you place your black spacers correctly it locks the poles into place. I think it is a really beautiful piece at a very economical price. Plenty of room inside drawers for either legal or letter size files. Think these would also make great nightstands if you have a larger bed with a lower frame.
