I have had these strings for over a year and they still sound really good. If my viola sits in it's case for a while and I take it out and tune it, the strings don't need much tuning. They don't go out of tune as easily as my Corelli strings did. The pitch is stunningly good. I am not a professional musician, but have played with a tutor for 13 years and she also uses these strings.
