I really liked the instructions. Easy to read and easy to put together. All the screws and nuts were separated which was easy to find the right one.

Nothing I don't like about this. Arrived this morning, I put it together by myself, (I'm not telling you my age, but I have grandkids), and had it in my entrance way in no time. Directions very clear/ good diagrams, (I'm a teacher, makes me crazy when instructions are are badly illustrated). It's just awesome! Very, very pleased!

Very nice, a bit complicated to assemble for me. However, my architect daughter helped and said that the instructions are perfect and took her 20 minutes to assemble! I am very happy with my purchase. My garage/mud room looks great now :)

I just bought a new home and ordered this to go into my “foyer” area. I was so excited and started to put it together that night. I noticed that one piece was broken, so I contacted the seller. They made it right immediately after I contacted them. I would recommend this coat rack to everybody!!!

Although it looks great and seems pretty sturdy, the box came with one end open (which could be the freight handlers fault so it was missing one crossbar to support the bottom shelf. Maybe if I had instructions I may have assembled it wrong.Update, so I was able to figure out how to put it together based off all the pictures, I had no missing pieces and only 1 place did it have a missing screw hole for one of the rod supports so I just let it be since it seems very sturdy. Upgraded my review and gave it 4 stars.

Once assembled, sturdy and just the right size for us. Directions leave a bit to be desired, but patience will win of you have it. Can't rush to finish but satisfied with the product.

Easy to assemble and fits well in a small mud room. It looks nice, comes with many sturdy hooks, holds a decent number of shoes, has a shelf on top to store more items, and comes with wall anchors to secure it to the wall.
