two huge boxes and no hardware, no hooks no bench pieces. complete waste of time and I got it twice and had to go through the return process twice. boxes had assigned Box A and Box B but had the same two long pieces in them. I do not recommend this product.

I would give it 0 stars. I ordered this item twice. Both times, an incomplete hall tree was sent. The first order consisted of two huge boxes with nearly everything missing. There were two pieces of nice quality wood as pictured below. The pieces were exactly the same in each of the two heavy boxes that were labeled differently. No bench, no connecting pieces, no hooks, no hardware, no directions whatsoever. Just lumber with some holes drilled in it. We tried to call the company, and when the call was picked up, it was immediately hung up/dropped. So we reached out to Amazon and they sent a replacement. It was EXACTLY the same. The same four pieces of lumber in two huge, heavy boxes. Needless to say, it was a pain to return. And now I still don't have a functioning product. My advice is don't waste your time.
