Purchased on 1/27 and delivery was quicker than expected. Sadly what we thought would be a great Hall Tree didn't turn out that way. At least 2 hooks have broken along with wood on the actual base of the unit itself. This is a heavy pice of furniture but yet I am expected to return it for refund? Not even an option to work with me towards resolution. Extremely disappointed and unsatisfied

Nice halltree...but one of the hooks broke on the second day...not the best material, but it does do the job. Just realize you're not getting top quality, you're getting good quality and functionality, for a good price. If that's you, get it.

We have had this hall tree now for almost a year and 1/2 and we still love it! We moved into a new house that didn’t have a closet by the front door so I bought this and it has been great. Was easy to assemble, we get a ton of use out of it for our family of 5, and the quality is nice!

I purchased 2, one for each of my girls. They love them! The first one I put together with my 9yr old & had a lot of fun. It took about 2.5 hours. I put the second on together in 1 hour by my self. Not hard at all. Color is great! Very sturdy, and no problems with the shoe holes. Some boards have slack on sides, but still set in grooves & hold shoes perfectly. I purchased custom cushions just arrived, it’s a Beautiful set up.

This was an awesome purchase for my elderly mom. She needed something by her door to sit down on and put her cleats on her boots in the winter. She walks with a walker and didnt want a chair by the door but wanted something that could help her keep that area organized. She loves it. It was easy to put together, instructions were easy to follow. The quality is awesome, it is a type of particle board so it is not real wood, but it appears to be a better quality. We made a cushion for it and the seat is the right height for her to be able to get up easily from a seated position. She is able to keep all of her items organized with the shelves and hooks. It looks beautiful too.

This product is better than expected. Very heavy duty and looks alot nicer than the pictures. The biggest dislike is the hooks. Not even a week after setting up the hooks broke from the weight of the jackets although they were on the lighter weight side. Disappointed in this. I am trying to figure out where to find replacement hooks now. Too expensive of a piece to have cheap hooks.

I purchased this for our sun room, the kids usually enter from this room so their coats can be hung up as they walk in the door . The coat hooks could have been a little thicker . I use the storage cubbies for toys .. This comes complete with hardware and easy to understand directions , please make sure to attach the anti tip to the back.. this is lite weight and could tip if kids are pulling coats or climbing on it .. It looks nice and holds a lot without looking cluttered, also space efficient . I'm glad I purchased it .
