An AMAZING scoop. With five cats, cleaning the litterbox is always rough but this scoop actually made it a heck of a lot easier. It's great at getting the edges, makes everything feel lightweight, and is easy to store. Highly recommend.

This cat scoop is great, it has a little hook to hang inside the waste bucket next to the box. The nice clean edge makers scooping a breeze and the residue of the cat mess doesn’t stick to it like it does to my metal scoopers. We have a multi cat household and five boxes. This by far is my favorite scooper

Not good for sifting out pine litter debris. The pine pellets fall through the too-large slits.

It’s actually better than I expected it to be.. it does filter wood pellets through the back slots of used to clean litter daily it handles well.. would like the well of the shovel to be a little deeper but it it’s bigger and better than all the others that I have bought.. I prefer wood pellets to protect my cats lungs from the silica dust and it’s been difficult to find a show that would filter wood pellets.. this one does!! And it’s quite sturdy for being a plastic scoop.. well worth the money and it hangs on the edge of the litter bin.. terrriiifffiic!!!

My wife and I have taken in 'rescue cats' for years, which means that I have cleaned litter boxes thousands of times (I am old). I have experimented with many different scoopers over the years, from cheap plastic ones at the super market to pricey metal ones online. I really like the Litter Lifters brand, but they don't last long if you are cleaning multiple boxes several time a day. And the price of the Litter Lifter just went way up.So, I decided to give the KooMooM large scooper a try, selling for $10. I am happy to report it is working wonderfully. I love the design, with small spacing between the slits at the front of the scoop, and larger spacing at the rear. This allows for easy removal of the smaller particles. The Litter Lifter is missing this benefit, thus leaving the smaller particles to accumulate, or requiring a separate scoop to remove smaller bits. So, for economy and utility, I would give it thumbs up and 5 stars. The only question I have, is will it be durable enough to withstand constant and heavy usage. I am inclined to believe that it will last quite awhile.

I ordered this because at a glance I thought it was steel, but it is indeed plastic. I do not like plastic for things like this because of the sterilization factor, and steel can easily be sterilized where as plastic not so much. It is quite a large scoop, but the plastic does feel a tad bit brittle so if you happen to have a mishap and, it could break if crushed. Not really buying these to expect to crush them, but in terms of longevity and life, its a good idea to keep it out of the way. Overall it is not bad, but I found similar at local stores for around 3/4 USD.

After struggling to find a scooper that could handle pine pellet litter effectively, I finally found one that works perfectly! This scooper has completely transformed my usual 10-minute litter-cleaning routine into just 2 minutes—what a time-saver!What sets this scooper apart is its design. The extra-wide slots allow clean pellets to sift through easily, while the narrower slots at the bottom make it versatile enough to handle pine pellet, clay, and even corn litter. The handle is thick and sturdy, so there’s no risk of it bending or breaking, even when dealing with heavy clumps. Plus, the long handle keeps your hands far away from soiled litter—definitely a thoughtful feature. One of the standout details is the built-in hanging hook, which makes it easy to store on the side of the litter box. This scooper can handle up to -9 pounds of litter-, reaches the very bottom of the box with ease, and sifts efficiently without the need for shaking. Cleaning it is a breeze too—it rinses off quickly and doesn’t retain residue.I was so impressed that I’ve already thrown out my old scoopers and ordered a backup of this one. Considering its performance and durability, it’s a steal for the price—especially when similar scoopers cost $15-$20+.I’ll be back to share a picture once I get any resin off of it, but for now, I couldn’t recommend this scooper enough. It’s efficient, affordable, and a must-have for any litter-cleaning routine!

When my husband saw that I had ordered a new cat litter scoop, he asked why. "We already have two of those," he said. "I think it'll be a better mousetrap," is what I told him. And I was right. This takes the time-honored cat litter scoop and makes it just a bit better in several ways. For one thing the plastic is smooth and non-porous. Litter -- even wet litter -- slides right off it so you're not left with a clump mess. The plastic itself is just the right of firm: not at all bendy. Yet still light. I'm certain there are technical reasons for all of this, but all I know is it works, and works nicely. Better than any I've used before. And here's something simple that makes one wonder why it hasn't been done before. (Or maybe it has, but I haven't seen it.) There is a hook built onto the side of the scoop. Not coincidentally I imagine, the hook fits over the side of a standard size litter box. The dilemma of where to place or hang or otherwise stick your scoop is gone: it just fits nicely onto the size of a normal litter box.Does it revolutionize the way we scoop after our kitties? No. It does not. But it makes a never pleasant chore slightly less unpleasant.
