huge upgrade on the plastic scoop that I cut alternating spokes out of to use with pelletized wood litter, been using that ridiculous tool for years and so glad we finally decided to replace it (the tiny turds would also fall through so scooping was always an irritating balancing act).it would be slightly more advantageous to have 0.4" gaps between the spokes, as it does still require a fair bit of shaking to maneuver all the unsoiled pellets to fall through, but for anything finer than the 0.25" diameter pellets we use this thing will be brilliant. it is larger than your average scoop and far sturdier, no more shifting the litter from side to side in the box while scooping, this thing just plows right through.very happy with it!

This scoop works great to clean out the chicken coop. We use the deep liter method but some times there’s big chunks of areas we are trying to clean up a bit and the wide openings makes it easier for the clean pine shavings to filter out.

This the best litter scooper I have ever used. And I have used many. You scoop up only the soiled material, clean litter falls back into box.The thin edge works well to scrape soiled litter against the box edge. Love the little loop so you can hang on edge of box.I have used scoopers that had holes and slits and stuff sticks to it and gets nasty. Nothing sticks to this scoop.Takes less time to clean cat box. You won’t be disappointed with this scooper

This will save on litter , picks up everything but the extra clean litter I love that it hangs off the side even with the cover on . Very sturdy better then expected for the price

I don't leave reviews much BUT this was needed! It's AMAZING & great quality. I took a while to give my review because I thought it was too good to be true. The only recommendation I will give is that from previous reviews I read prior to my ordering it was that it would rust easily. Yes it will IF YOU NEVER CLEAN IT or run it through some soap from time to time. STOP SEARCHING!

This scoop is ALMOST perfect! I have two cats, so I have to scoop a larger box. Previously I had a small scoop that just didn't quite cut it. This scoop is VERY sturdy, which was an issue with our previous metal one (it kept bending under the weight of the litter). This one is also HUGE and I absolutely love the size. It's perfect for the large box! I like that the scoop is wire, as I feel it has poop and crud cling to it less. However, the gaps between the wires are just a tad too wide. There are smaller pieces that fall right through, staying in the box.
