Appropriate Distance
The distance between the string poles should be kept appropriate, too close will make the string sag, too far will make the string poles tilted by mutual traction, we recommend a distance of 12~15ft between the string poles for lightweight lights, 7-10ft for heavy lights.

The light string pole itself has its own load-bearing limit, so don't rely on heavy objects on the pole, and don't hit it with hard objects. Resulting in the deformation of the string light pole.

Great height so I don't have to crawl over/under "ropes" to get of my patio to the yard, lol. Easy to use and re-use as you find just the right layout to hand your Edison lights for added ambiance in your backyard! Sometimes the patio light isn't enough and you need more light in the backyard at night, am i right? This is a great solution without feeling too industrial.

Ordered these so we could put string lights around the backyard patio. Easy to install and appear study enough to hold up to the wind and rain we get.

I was so excited when this package arrived today but it only came with the parts to set up 3 of the 4 poles. Missing pieces made it impossible to set up the last one. So disappointing!

Bought these to hang string lights around our patio. They are easy to put together and put in the ground. They hold up well especially during a few bad storms we’ve had this summer. The black finish on them is nice so they blend in and don’t stick out. Great value and a super solution for hanging up outdoor string lights!

I really use reviews to help me make final decisions for purchases and I’m rarely disappointed. Unfortunately, this is one of those exceptions.What’s good? The prongs that go into the ground are very sturdy and the hook on top works great. Assembly and set was easy.What’s not great? Some of the threads on the poles were stripped. The poles bend too easily (and I was just using them for additional support, not as my main anchors).I’ll keep them but I suspect I’ll be replacing them once I find a better alternative.

My yard looks lovely with these lights strung up around my fire pit. I have two sets of lights by two different companies and I can honestly say, these are the better set in most ways. They are a lot thicker and hold well; they don't bend as much as the other set. They were very easy to put together, and I especially liked the spikes on the bottom that go in - even in rocky soil - without snapping or bending. That said, one of the spikes was so hard to turn that I could not get it into the pole without much force. Then, I had to get "manly" help, and he struggled with it. It's as if the threads were just way too tight. That's why I'm knocking off a star. Quality control probably should have caught that. The only other thing I'm not nuts about is how small the area for the lights to go through, any small breeze and they would unhook pretty easily.
