The distance between the string poles should be kept appropriate, too close will make the string sag, too far will make the string poles tilted by mutual traction, we recommend a distance of 12~15ft between the string poles for lightweight lights, 7-10ft for heavy lights.

The light string pole itself has its own load-bearing limit, so don't rely on heavy objects on the pole, and don't hit it with hard objects. Resulting in the deformation of the string light pole.

This is heavy duty pole. The package delivered was very heavy for a set of poles, but it's very sturdy.Should withstand any strong wind.I setup the light pole in the backyard, and hung lights. Looks fantastic.Installation was easy (on soil ground, not cement).Highly recommend.
