They are very heavy duty and with the handle hot pad is great and the wood bottom piece is a nice touch as well, gave as a gift so I don't know much more

Very well made skillets, perfect size for fajitas, keeps food warm for a long time. Will buy more in the future.

These cast iron Skillets are very well made. They are very heavy duty.You need to season them. I ended up taking advice from someone and oiled them inside and out and turned them upside down in my oven on my 3 oven racks. They said line the oven with foil, I did. I put the oven on 450 as instructed for a couple of hours. That was all a no no! There was a strong chemical smell in the home. My smoke detectors wouldn’t stop going off. I was choking a lot. The worse part was this substance that looked like sap but was hard ran down the walls of my oven and got on any part you couldn’t line. I was unable to was it off with nothing. I put my oven on a steam clean cycle since it’s less harsh and that didn’t work at all. I then put it on a short clean cycle, (2) hours. I still had to use elbow grease to get it off.Learn from my mistakes and season them on your grill outside. If you don’t season them, they will rust.I highly recommend these skillets. I use them often making fajitas, steak skillets (above pictures). The presentation is so amazing, you can serve anything in them! They are costly but are worth the investment! Just lightly wipe them off. Don’t put them in the dishwasher or sink. Don’t put the bamboo holders in the sink, etc. either. We have enjoyed them a lot.Buy them for your next Tex Mex dinner get together!
