Bought it for steak, it works great, I also use it for vegetables and snall pancakes. Put the eggplant and sauce together and put it in the oven, the sauce sizzled in the pan and then put it directly on the wooden plate and serve it to the table, it feels like being in a restaurant！

Good on dealing with the thick steak which is hard to be cooked only with fire. With this die cast pan I can put my steak into oven after quick frying on the surface. They smelled nice in the end!
