I love using the FoldTier Cast Iron Fajita Plate Set 9.84''cast irons to make chicken/shrimp or steak fajitas. The flavor is just something so different yet wonderful than just making them on a wok or pan. Iv'e seen these exact same cast irons with the wooden serving trays at Mexican restaurants and I thought they were perfect for making and serving at home. I wasn't wrong, the wood is not to be placed near heat and only for placing the hot cast iron after being heated. The fork lifts are a little hard to use but once you figure it out it's not a problem but It's probably best to use 2 forks at the same time to avoid dropping it and burning yourself. For the value it's great value and they are already seasoned and ready to use.

Size was far from what was advertised, the WHOLE REASON I bought it was that I thought it was thick and would hold heat. they said it was 2cm, please look at the picture. Base is cheap plywood, probably last 3-2 washings.NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL. Don't "LIE" on your ads please! You're wasting our time and money...

Iron platters are ok, but the wood (plywood) used for the holders is very poor quality. When received they were already starting to de-laminate and crack. it looks like at one time they were exposed to water. I suspect in a short time of use they will totally de-laminate.

These griddles/fajita plates are wonderful! The handle is very clever. they fit the burner well and heat evenly. The wooden bases work great for keeping the heat of the counters or tables. Being cast iron, with proper care these should last several lifetimes. Get them, you won't be disappointed.
