We ordered a while back but are just now getting to this project. Set it on the stairs and before we could even get the ladder out we saw it was cracked. The treads are held in place with some staples. By design it has you balancing on two points the size of a stiletto heel and the lip of a carpeted step. The whole thing seems flimsy. Outside of return window now so stuck with a broken death trap. Buyer beware and inspect before you use it!!!

I bought this to help with painting my house. The toughest and scariest section of this job is painting second story windows around my walk out basement. The steep sides of the walk out basement section have landscaping rock and a some retaining blocks, so it is treacherous and all of my leveling methods in the past were "rickety". This ladder leveler worked really well, only once did I have to drive a small iron stake into the ground to give the leveler just a bit more lateral support, otherwise I was able to just use this leveler by itself.I continued to use the leveler for the other windows where the ground is more level, but no matter where I was placing my ladder, this leveler was able to add solid stability to the ladder.There are no negatives that I experienced with this leveler.

I work on chimneys and also do pressure washing and painting and this is very useful especially when working on roofs. I like how versatile it is and how steady it is on the roof making my work a lot easier. Definitely worth it. And I got to hear cheaper than I could get it anywhere else!

I needed to install a motion detection security camera and a motion detection flood light high on the side of my garage, near its peak, which is built on a significant slope.I researched various ladder leveling devices thinking I’d have to buy something that attached to my ladder requiring drilling holes and installing hardware. I discovered a much simpler solution when I ran across Ladder Leveler. It proved up to the job providing a sturdy, rock steady level base for my extension ladder with no slippage of the leveler on the ground nor the ladder on the leveler. I’m very pleased with this purchase.

we needed some way to be able to paint our walls and ceilings in our stair well. We have very high ceilings and needed a way to reach all the way up. The ladder leveler allowed us to do this. It enabled us to level the ladder on the stair. Really sturdy as nwell. We bought 2 of the them because we needed a platform to walk along which allowed us to paint the ceilings and the walls in the stairway. Definitely recommend this too everyone.
