Used them for years. Just keep the little tension nut tight and dirt out of the nozzel and you should get years of service out of them. Time saver when changing torches, winding up hoses or having to push your hoses thru small openings on a job.

These are essentially the Oxy Acetylene version of air hose quick connects. I didn’t want to skimp on quality when it comes to using flammable/explosive materials and these are top quality. The oxygen connection is a different profile than the acetylene meaning that you can’t switch them up. I love mine and it makes for storing my hoses and torches much easier. I have several of these so I can change out torches (cutting, rosebud, etc) rapidly and with ease. Well worth the cost.
