This Fuel Line Disconnect Tool Set is great for removing exhaust connectors on DD-15 and DD-13 engines, specifically on the DEF exhaust filter. Iced used it once on a Mack truck and it was handy, I like the variety of it, can use it on any truck. Very sturdy, easy to remove DEF tank lid with it.

This is a review for DEF&Fuel Line Disconnect Tool Set, Easy Access to Breather Line/Fuel Line/Coolant Line Disconnect Tool Compatible with 2012+ Ford Chevy Silverado Tahoe Suburban GMC Sierra Yukon.Without these, you are kind of at the mercy of luck to disconnect these lines with causing damage and costing you more money. If you are trying to disconnect a line and it’s not coming apart easily, you probably need to work if free because you have dirt or other junk that has accumulated inside the connector.These disconnects are made to be durable and should last pretty much forever. It’s even better that they include a storage case so you can keep things together and not lose them over time. And, best of all, they are more than reasonably priced. It is just so much easier to use the right tool for the right job.

These make disconnecting newer style fuel lines/evap lines etc super easy. The kit includes all the sizes you would normally run into working on American vehicles less than 15 years old. The tools themselves are made well and seem like they will last quite a while.

As a professional automotive technician I appreciate good quality tools at a reasonable price. This set meets that criteria well. This disconnect set includes 6 pieces of different sizes housed in a black plastic case. These are designed for releasing DEF lines on diesel vehicles. The tools are steel and seem to be made very well. For me this is a tool that I rarely use but is invaluable when you need it. 5 stars for quality and value.
