The lock system is kinda annoying... they work good but like if you dont own a pair of cobra already don't get these ones first, the lock will annoy you. They are only good for clamps.

Well worth the $88 for this incredible hand tool. Makes all other forms of pliers obsolete and inferior for the job of removing/installing hose clamps. The locking feature, the adjustability and the pivoting clamp heads make this tool indispensable for automotive repairs and maintenance.

If you work with spring clip plier a lot. I highly recommend these. They hold better than other brands. Self locking and easy to use.

This brand is generally high quality. I think $92 is too much for pliers. Love the swivel ends. Love the stay-in-place jaws above typical channel locks. My biggest complaint is the lock-close feature. With one hand I am trying to open the pliers and it is locked. Hate that. I will probably take this off the pliers. It is nice for one thing, but a hindrance for many other this. You can buy the non-lock version for a lot less.If they added a feature to spring open the handles, I think the lock would be more valuable to me

It is a one-trick-pony. It is overpriced. It is not often used. However - when you need it - you really need it. There are some tight spots on a GM 3800 series 2 engine that require this tool. It is Knipex quality, same as my other Knipex tools.

Over-priced but highly functional. Works great & would highly recommend to anyone dealing with Spring Hose Clamps on a routine basis.

I have been a mechanic for many years and have always used pliers and Channel locks and just struggled but made do. I figured I would try these and I love them, they are so easy to use and are well made.

This tool is the bomb for removing and installing constant tension hose clamps. Very sturdy and well built. I tried a couple of different tools before I bought this and they were useless for larger radiator hose clamps on my diesel truck. Nothing else opens as wide as this tool, not even close.
