I was looking for a new chair for my home office after having back problems. I remembered sitting on something similar years ago at a friends house and began researching posture chairs online. I looked at so many models but ended up choosing this one because the cushions looked substantial and I liked the fact that the pitch of both the seat and the knee rest was adjustable. It was easier to assemble than some of the previous reviews led me to believe. I was able to do it by myself in about 25 minutes. Everything was clearly labeled and the pictures were very helpful. I have been using this chair for about 3 months and it is very comfortable. I am using it on carpet but there were grip strips included to line the bottom if you are using on a non-carpeted surface. I have a standing desk and the chair is very easy to push in under my desk when I want to stand. It does not have an overly large footprint. I highly recommend this chair if you are looking to remove pressure on your lower back that may come from sitting in a regular chair and also to help with your posture. I can't help but sit with a straight back when using this chair.

I purchased this chair to help with my typers neck as a I spend a lot of time on the computer. I'm able to sit on the chair for a total of 20 minutes before I have to get up and move around. The discomfort comes from my knees as the chairs padding where the knees go is pretty hard. Other than that, solid chair. Easy to put together and sturdy.

The chair looks great and functions exactly as described. It took me about 15 minutes to assemble and the directions were easy to follow. I like that the height is adjustable and both my spouse and I have found good settings for each of us (heights 5’ 4” and 5’ 10”). If you are looking for a relatively inexpensive, stylish and comfortable chair that encourages good posture, this is definitely a good choice.

Bought this chair for my husband who has lower back pain. It has taken off the pressure from not only his back, but also from his neck. It also pushes him to have better posture. I have tried it for myself and it feels stable and comfortable. Takes getting used to.

It was very well packaged with all parts included. The wood is beautiful and the fabric on the chair is attractive (blue-grey) and seems to be well made and ready for a lot of use. It took longer to assemble than I planned on. The assembly directions could be a little more explicit. Once finished it looks great and is comfortable. It will take a while to get used to the different effect on your body, but I'm looking for some positive benefit for my spine and posture to assist in relieving low back pain from years of poor posture.

I can’t recommend this kneeling chair enough! After hours of sitting at a desk, my back and hips would ache, but this ergonomic kneeling chair has completely changed that. The design encourages a more natural posture and keeps my back aligned while I work. It felt unusual at first, but within a few days, I noticed a huge difference.The quality is fantastic — the wood frame is sturdy, and the soft padding on the seat and knee rest makes it really comfortable for extended periods. It’s easy to adjust the height to my preference, and the rocking motion adds a bit of freedom to my sitting experience. I've been trying out different chairs for my home office, and while my wife and I do share a "regular" chair, I needed something else. I researched kneeling chairs and settled on this one...and I am totally satisfied with it. The chair arrived and the package was undamaged (Star #1). The chair was fairly easy to assemble. I'm not the most handy man around, but the directions were clear. The only thing was the vector for one of the crossbeams...I had to turn it around and it fit just fine (star #2). The seat and knee rest are adjustable and I am SO glad for that. Once I found the right setting, it got a lot more comfortable (star #3). The fact that it's on rockers is just a nice little touch that makes things easier for me when I find myself slouching and needing to make an adjustment, or just increase my movement at my desk (star #4). I'm 5'9", 245# and the chair feels very sturdy and strong under me (star #5). All in all, definitely a worthwhile purchase, and one that I would make again and/or recommend to anyone who spends a lot of time at their desk with minor back pains that come from sitting too long.
