I ordered this for my wife because she works at home. she recently threw out her back and we think it's because she's just sitting too long and forgets to stand up and stretch. I ordered a sit and stand desk where she can adjust it with controls and ergonomic kneeling chair. hoping these items will really help her to prevent future back problems.the kneeling chair was really easy to put together. didn't need instructions was pretty self explanatory. now throughout her work day she uses a regular office chair, then switches to this chair, then stands up to help break up the fixed posture.it takes some time getting used to but it is comfortable. it can always use some more padding on both places to have extra comfort but if you're rotating this seat in through your work day it isn't a problem. I don't know about using it all day and as an only option for a seat. overall the seat is comfortable and looks nice.it's really funny when we show it to people that visit and they never seem seen a kneeling chair. they have no idea how to sit on it lol.

2 major problems. 1) the brace on the front will squish your toes. Since your entire weight is in it, I think it is very possible to break your toes if they get under that brace at the right angle. 2) the curved wooden parts actually bend out when using at a higher weight. I weigh 220 and it bent when I was rocking on it. It also bent slightly with my son who weights abou 90. There is no way this will withstand 270 pounds for very long.Other than those two things, it's fine enough. But for the price point I expected the design to be sturdier. I think any of these chairs designed like this will have problems. I got this for my son and I think it's appropriate for people at a lower weight. The wood seems pretty good quality and the seat parts are comfortable.

This kneeling chair helps with back posture and relieves lower back strain. The cushion is firm but supportive, and the adjustability is a nice feature. It does take some time to get used to, but once you do, it’s comfortable for long work hours.
