The improvements over other types of kneeling chairs in this genre are the wheels are superb for rolling you can easily move around while on this and the foam in the cushion and kneepads is firm but still has give. I've bought ones previously that the foam was terrible. Being able to tilt the seat forward is a huge plus on this chair but the thing that I find disappointing is that the hydraulic system is not as long as what it is advertised. In the video it seems like this chair could go almost to a semi standing leaning position a much higher range of motion then I had seen on other kneeling chairs. It actually has quite a small range for up and down and that was a bit disappointing. I'm still uncertain as to whether I'm going to keep it because it does have a lot of very good properties and improvements but that was a real selling point for me.

just received this, and assembled it. took about 20 minutes to assemble.I'm more satisfied with this than I expected to be.Cons:- materials are probably not going to stand up- it's furniture that you have to assemblePros:- quite comfortable to sit in, seems to encourage good posture.- pretty easy assembly, considering the ways to customize fit of the chair- there are three assembly point where you can configure the shape of the chair:1. where the chair lift meets the bottom bar2. where the bottom bar intersects the top bar3. where the toe cushions attach to the bottom barat each of these 3 locations, there are 3 options for attaching, each spaced around 2 inches apart.anyway, I didn't realize there was this much customization.chair seems sturdy.

I got this kneeling chair to replace another one, that I had, that wasn't adjustable. This one is adjustable for different heights and comfort preference. It was a bit of work to assemble, but not hard at all. Very comfortable, and a great way to support good posture while working long hours.

I like this kneeling chair, but REALLY wish that the padding in the seat was thicker, or more dense. It is just cheap foam, that immediately flattens. I am going to have to modify the seat. The knee pads are great, and way thicker, and more dense.
