Good quality, worth the price, quick delivery. Relieves back pain from sitting in regular desk chair—if you put weight on shins. Can make back pain worse if used improperly (problem when I turn to chat with someone at office door for extended periods)

The wood has a lovely finish, and the fabric feels wonderfully soft. The assembly was straightforward, though I did need a rubber mallet to secure the wooden pegs. This chair is fantastic for meditation—easy to sit in, very comfortable for extended sessions, and allows for subtle adjustments without breaking concentration. I highly recommend this chair to anyone seeking a comfortable and supportive meditation seat.

Was looking for an alternative to my deckchair as I spend a lot of time working at my desk and my back starting to get sore and stiff. I am glad I found this kneeling chair as not only is it well made and very comfortable but my back already feels better a week of use. It allows me to naturally sit in a more ergonomic position which has helped with my overall sitting posture. It was relatively easy to assemble and the only thing I needed to get was a 2 inch desk lift to make my desk a bit taller as the Vilno kneeling chair sits a bit higher then my normal chair.I recommend this chair regardless if you have back issue or not at it is very comfortable making sitting at a desk for a long time very easy!

I have sciatica in my leg and struggled sitting all day for work. This chair offered a lot of relief. I really like it. With my sciatica, I get flare ups pretty much anytime I’m sitting at a 90 degree angle for an extended period of time, so I love this chair because it adds a little more space. Even with it, I can’t sit for a long time without getting uncomfortable. I love that it rocks because I can move my back while I’m sitting, so it doesn’t get stiff. It does leave scuff marks on vinyl wood flooring, just as a note. The main complaint I would have about using it is that since there is no backrest, it’s really easy to hunch because it takes a little more effort to sit properly. In theory, that’s supposed to help strengthen your core and force you to fix your posture, but I don’t find that to be the case. I have a back support brace that I wear sometimes, and if I’m wearing that while using the chair, it’s a perfect combo.

For a more healthy seat option I find it quite comfortable for sitting compared to other alterative seat options. It was not to hard to assemble, I would have preferred more detailed instructions. The ability to rock in the seat must be good for the back as it keeps you in different positions with your back muscles. The price is a bit high but the quality is quite nice. One size fits most.

My chair was delivered without all the proper holes drilled. Please see the picture of the back of my knee rests. One has the holes for attachment and the other does not. This is an absolute waste of money and unusable.

This chair was a minor PIA to put together but once done, was very stable. I liked sitting on it for 20 minutes or so at a time but found that eventually my knees would start to feel it more than I'd like. I also found the seat height to be about 2" higher than what a typical chair height would be for a standard desk. I initially thought about going back/forth with this chair and a standard office chair to mix it up a little but the height thing screwed up my monitor and camera height for video calls. I'd really hoped this would be the answer for my aging back, and it did help my posture when sitting, but it introduced other issues that I couldn't deal with.

This is just another cheap product from China that is poorly constructed. This story, "We are a US company founded by Ukrainians that sells ergonomic office kneeling chairs as the main product," appears to be BS. After assembling, the leg parts are very wobbly. I'm 200 lbs, and the chair says it can handle 300 lbs, that seems like a stretch. The cushion pads and the material seem very cheap as well. I had a very old kneeling chair that I wanted to replace with a better one, but I think the old one is better. I do not recommend this chair.
