Id have banged up my knees or wrists forsure if i had tried rollerskating without em. Use protective ware especially if you're new. The wrist protection is a bit awkward but you can get used to it until you learn. If you're looking at this you're obviously worried it could hurt if you fall and with these youll have some good protection. Its just definitely rigid plastic on your wrist.

The product is durable, as advertised, keeps the joints safe, and absorbs most of the shock from a fall. Easy to wear and remove. I used it during snowboarding and it has saved my knees/elbows/wrists from the risk of injury multiple times. Would definitely recommend this product.

While he learned to roller blade They’re easy to put on which is very important because if they are not kids will not use them. They are comfortable but structurally enforced to absorb the blow of the fall and protect the child I’m very impressed with them

I got the adult size. The set is really nice quality and easy to put on, but the sizing is a little big. I'm 5'5 and about 120 pounds. I have very skinmy arms and legs, and the adult set fits, but barely. The velcro is fastened as tight as possible with a lot of extra strap left. I wish the whole strap was covered in velcro so it felt more secure and could wrap around my whole arm instead of just hanging off.

Bought the set on the large scale for adults, they fit comfortably. Just make sure to actually slip the knee & elbow pads on through the sleeve and then strap them, otherwise it’s not as stable. Took a hard fall directly on my knee roller blading and these pads saved me, not even a scratch or crack on the pads. Especially love that it comes with wrist pads; Worth the investment!

Great product, I use it 2 to 3 times a week to practice roller skating, it is comfortable and fits tight. (Like it should) You may want to up a size. I got small and it fits amazing on both my daughter and I. Looks and feels resistant. The wrist protector is ultra light weight due to be made with resistant plastic, instead of metal. I am confident to fall while learning to roller skate knowing these things will catch my fall. Best bundle for price on the market also.

Okay so I'm actually obsessed with this gear set! The fit is nice although I believe I maybe should have gone a size up (I ordered a size large) because the sleeve of the pads were a bit tight (mainly the elbow pads) but I prefer them to be tight than loose so hey not bad thing to me! So it’s really all personal preference! I did take a tumble and I’m really impressed I didn’t really feel the fall at all ( I landed on my knee and wrist guards) they did get a bit scuffed but that’s bound to happen!! They held up pretty well and actually made the fall fun because it wasn’t as bad as anticipated! I’m Looking forward to taking a few more falls with these!!! Will order again in the future when these wear out!

I haven't had any serious falls yet, but from some minor crash tests these work very well. They're pretty comfy for a protective pad set, and the sleeve makes them even more secure. My only issue is the the elbow pads don't fit snugly. I'm 5'8" and like stick thin. I got the large and the knee and wrist pads fit fine at the tightest, but the elbow pads are just a little big on me. I would definitely recommend a size lower for anyone who has sticks for limbs.
