Great Product , working with K&N for years now.Would say that works same as OE Bosch filter or at least on same level ,For the Price definitely a better option than OEM manufacturers , since some of them china made

Compatible con VW Golf MK3 2.0 8v. No he notado ninguna mejoría de presión de aceite (llevo reloj de presión). Después de 7000km, hice cambio de aceite y lo sustituí por su "hermano mayor" el HP-2005 en el cual si ha aumentado un poco la presión, pero casi inapreciable tambien. Un filtro de aceite sin más... No sé hasta qué punto merece la pena el precio.

Bei meinem Golf 3 passt der Filter perfekt, es tropft und wackelt nichts.Einen besseren Effekt für den Motor bemerkt man zwar nicht, aber dafür ist es ein nettes Detail wenn man die Haube aufmacht.Einziges Manko für mich ist, dass der Hersteller nicht auf den Filter lackiert, sondern nur aufgeklebt ist, was ein wenig billig aussieht.

Works great. Peace of mind knowing I have a quality oil filter over a cardboard FRAM one.I've always been told that an oil filter is just as important as the oil itself, or maybe even more important, so don't skimp.This is the best value filter you can really get.

Can't say much about an oil filter, as it does it job rather "quietly" - it's there, it works fine, everything's good. This one looks and feels like a good quality, solid bit of kit. It also looks good, not that it really matters - and I don't see it very often either -, but I thought I'd mention it anyway. The price is also great, and the item arrived sooner than expected. Very impressed. :)

I usually get a Bosch but this K&N was a little cheaper and I didn't sacrifice any of the great quality filtration. Fit right, sealed good, and cleanses that nice oil.

The filter is very much like the more expensive HP-2005 but at a lower price.So you give up the 1" socket capability to save a few dollars. Fine, but do make sure you have the oil filter wrench to fit this.Makes this prices competitive with the German aftermarket and upper line Bosch alternatives. A fine way to filter your oil.

how do you really know how good an oil filter is? well, the K&N definitely have a quality name and quality build quality from the outside and good explanation of how they are superior than ordinary on their website. I guess it is just peace of mind having an older Audi that I love, than an extra $5 or $10 for a quality filter is worth it for me.
