Super easy to install, great directions that are easy to follow and we had it up and running in no time. These cameras do it all, and we really researched them all…we plan on adding additional cameras as it will hold 10. Super pleased with this product.

So yes, there is no live feed on the monitor. So there's really no reason to have the monitor. When it does see movement it takes a very short video. The delay is so bad.There's no reason to have two way communication. I can activate the alert by getting in my vehicle And drive a couple miles down the street before I'm notified. So the person would be long gone before I could even use the intercom.

I put in a Kittyhok system for my mother-in-law last year. It's worked great. She feels secure having alerts let her know when someone is outside. The battery life and solar charging have been great, even with less sunlight in the winter. I just bought a system for my house based on the quality of hers.

The system is preprogrammed for the 4 cameras in the kit. I added 2 more later and the only needed to be powered up to register. The free app for your phone is easy to use. The 2 additional cameras were recommended by Amazon but don't accept 100% of the settings the other 4 have. The motion detection lags enough that a car driving by isn't recorded in time to view. For some reason, the phone app records video but the monitor shows nothing. Solar means it prevents seeing activity as it happens. Powered systems monitor pixel changes and record activity much sooner. The solar works on cloudy days and charging is fast. I installed SD cards in the cameras so storage off site isn't mandatory. Setup has an optional cloud storage offered and be careful not to click on it until you realise it is costly and auto renews. For the price, I am satisfied with this purchase.

I charged the cameras before installation and downloaded the Kittyhok app to my iphone. I can look at the cameras individually or all at the same time. I get an alert on my phone when someone is in the yard.System is working great!
